How Rakeback Works
Rake is the fee a poker room takes from your play, and rakeback returns a share of it to you, usually through a loyalty or VIP program. This calculator shows how much you get back and what your rake really costs once the rebate is applied.
Why It Matters
For a regular player, rake is the single biggest cost, and getting a slice of it back can be the difference between a winning and a losing year. For a casual player it matters less, but it's still value on money you were spending anyway.
A Word of Caution
Don't let rakeback pick your games. A soft table with lower rakeback almost always beats a tough table with a great deal. Chase the games first, the rebate second.
