Questions Worth Asking

Is the rebate paid in cash or in points that have to be converted, and at what rate? Does the scheme reset monthly, so a quiet month drops you back down a tier? Is rake counted as contributed, meaning only the share from pots you were involved in, or dealt, which spreads it across everyone at the table? These details change the real number more than the advertised percentage does.
